A 17th birthday!

What a trip! =D My family and I headed over to Thailand on my birthday and they suggested to spend a night there! It was awesome! Had a great time!

And guys I really appreciate all the wishes you sent me! haha! All that really made my day! Sorry I couldn't reply the smses though as Laos suddenly placed a price on the smses sent to overseas when it USED to be FREE.. =.="..

If theres one thing that could ruin my birthday its Laos.. T-T While chatting online with my friends suddenly the power went off... BLACKOUT!

What a bumpy day!~

Woahhh... Is it just me or things are twisting and swirling around me?! =S Its really weird to find out that suddenly I feel like I took the wrong ride or something.. Instead of riding the roller coaster I got to ride the merry-go-round which is not very merry~ =.="..

Let me explain... =P

Today at school, art was well.. unpleasant.. lol! Mostly because I'm not so fond of art.. XP We need to do this mascot project thing and we ended up throwing away our first attempt of the art work because its out of shape..

Then later, when school ended, we played basketball, well till the juniors took over the court anyway.. =P and while I'm talking and looking at the other side, a ball came suddenly and bashed the side of my head.. BAMMM! T-T

Then while going back home, while putting my school bag at the back of the car, I bobbed my head on this spring that holds the boot door.. =.="..

Kau chor ar... whats wrong with me today.. lol! 

Other than that, my dad came back from Dubai! Brought some delicacies too.. lol! It tastes awesome! Not forgetting to mention that Middle East people really love their dates! As in raisins! not date, date.. XP

Other than that, I really need to find out whats wrong with my body.. lol! Still losing hair! and these rashes that keeps appearing.. Unfortunately whatever hair shampoo or tonic doesn't seem to work but makes things worse.. lol! 

Whatever it is, I know that my God has His plans.. So Lord, Here I am! =)

Battle of the feast

All thanks to my brilliant idea of proposing a food battle between a classmate of mine at a buffet.. =.="..

What a game! =)

The weekends are here once again! haha! wow! Thats pretty fast! One week seems like a day or so and that got me pretty much thinking about all that has gone by this past week! 

Today was our first basketball match of the season! And also our first lost! lolz.. But being a part of that team is really something else.. It just seems like winning or losing doesn't matter much because we have each other's back.. Work as a team, win as a team! Really had fun! Though we lost badly to the Frenchies!~ =P

Not only that, but the comments I received back on the way in the car made the whole thing worse.. But well I'm not gonna put any emo things up.. =) The assurance that God was there to hear me out really make everything else thats unpleasant fade away! 

Well thats probably it, its late and I'll probably hang online abit till I hit the sacks! Each day closer to KL! haha!

And what a verse well put! I've been reminded of my previous year in this international French school in Laos. And boy was it dreadful. haha!

Let me share with you a testimony that took place last year.. 

Before that, as some of you might've know, I was studying abroad in Canada for 6 months with my relatives and at that same period, I took up French simply because well, I'm in the French part of Canada.. Lol! 

And it wasn't easy! French is one heck of a difficult language and alot of the words we have in English today is taken from French.. And with the accent, and the word orders of sentences, it simply makes it even harder! =P

Coming to Laos, the first problem was finding a school and there wasn't any English school for my age and the price for the other one is simply SOOOOO expensive! It wasn't till almost the end of my school year in the French school when I found out that I was able to go to the same school my siblings were in because they offer the class.. =.="... 

I thought I was gonna fail every subject there is and that I can't do anything simply because I just don't speak French.. I wanted to drop out and get out because I just don't belong there and it would be a waste of my time..

It wasn't till the first exams when I was scoring a pretty average score on my papers.. I was having tuitions on a few days and I kept doing my homework like everyone else..

By the end of school year, I got results that were higher than some of the students in class who have been speaking and studying French since they were borned and when I was about to leave (And boy was I so happy to finally get out of that school.. lol! shhh! XP) the teacher said one of the most surprising comments ever.. "You are really one heck of a student, and you left many teachers amazed.." 

But before that I forgot to mention that when I first wanted to enrol in that school, the principle was like saying "Oh no way is he gonna make it" and I proved him wrong! No, correction, My God proved him wrong! =) At the end of the semester he was hoping I would stay.. Lol! Well too bad Mr. Frenchie pants! Haha!

I can do all things through God who strengthens me! =)

The bigger picture!

When Chris mentioned about maggi goreng in my chatterbox, two thoughts came to my mind..

• A crave to savour its taste once again.
  
• The desire to strangle Chris for making me feel bad.. lol! Jk! =P
  

Maggi goreng aside, I'm really looking forward to my next trip back to KL! Really hope it'll be soon! =P Always wanted to celebrate Christmas back there with you guys in HSG! 

This week has come to an end and I would sum it all up by saying that its a week worth going through! =) All of a sudden on saturday things start to fall into the bigger picture and I finally get what God has been wanting me to know and understand all this time! =D

And theres this sure feeling that something great is just gonna happen here in Laos and my school.. God is moving and no doubt, something awesome is headed this way! And I simply can't wait to see what God has in stored! =D

Here comes the weekends!

Phew~! Another week has gone by already! Come to think of it time sure does fly doesn't it? And I'm closer and closer to the day till I get to be back on KL grounds again!

These days I barely had time to come online as I've been busy with school! Man, the only teacher who gives homework that much is my class teacher! And he's teaching me 3 different subjects altogether! O_O!

With the pain and agony aside, this year's school year has turned out to be a much much more interesting and exciting one! New people from all over the place! Even from Hawaii! Haha!

Expecting for things to get better! The worse won't hang out for long anyway.. And I've still yet to post up the pic of my scottish-like uniforms! lol! Will do so soon!

The weekends are finally here! Get to rest! Well sort of anyway.. XP Still got some homeworks to finish off during the weekends!

TGI Friday!

Friday was awesome! All went well as God's hands comes into the picture and arranges the jigsaw puzzles of my life.. =D

Met up with Joe Cheah and Pastor Deborah yesterday and it was simply awesome to get to see them again! Had a great time talking to Joe and getting him the Desperate Housewives season he wanted! lol! Cheap but I do hope it was worth buying it Joe! lol! Do tell me how it goes.. =P

Really excited to see HSG Laos coming up and I've been looking through the pictures Joe showed me that day on the place and people during his mission trip to Thailand and Laos.. Really expecting for great things to come!

Other than that, had coaching with my youth pastor when I got back.. I really learnt alot and God really answered my prayer through the youths and Church and good things works for the good of those who trust in Him indeed!

Woohoo!

What a day! Once more! XP 3rd day and we're tortured with reading for Statistics(yes reading! lol!), Economics and Middle English(the type of English that basically no one understands.. XP)!

With that aside! Got my IGCSE results for my math paper today! All the way from University of Cambridge (Fuyoh! XP)! REALLY happy about the results! I got an A! Praise God! =D The awesome thing about it is that I am one of some of the people in the whole Laos to get an A! XP

Woohoo! First Malaysian boy in Laos to get A for IGCSE for Math! XP The glory goes all to God for being with me all the way! =)

A new school year!

Whew! What a day! Two days of school and I'm already filled with things to do and read! Have lessons like for practically every period each day till 4pm! Well except an hour for PE, Music and etc etc.. Oh and breaks too.. XP

The first day of school was a good start! Met a couple of new people and all of them are pretty hardworking!

The school food on the other hand well, they're still the same! Haha! Good at times but on other occasions well.. Not so good.. haha!

This year well, the schedule was a bit too complicated! But I really find an interest in Economics! Really a subject like no other! Marginal costs, marginal benefits! lol! Awesome stuff.. XP and the text book is written in a whole new contemporary version and its so much better to understand!

Looking forward for great things to come! Really need your prayer guys! =) find myself too tired after school for two days in a row now! And even have eyebags on the first day! XP What would the rest of the year turn out for me?! haha!
